To be considered eligible for the Lifestyle Dentistry Scholarship, you must:

1. Be enrolled (or plan to enroll) in a college or university no later than September 30, 2026. Current high school seniors graduating in 2026 are eligible to apply. Enrollment can be in any field of study.
2. Submit your responses to the essay question (available on the application page) before the specified deadline.
3. Have a GPA of 2.5 or greater.
4. Be a resident of Canada and plan to attend a Canadian post-secondary institution.

The scholarship winner will be announced roughly six weeks after the deadline and will be posted on this website immediately after. All applications must be received by 11:59 pm PT on the day of the deadline. No late applications will be reviewed.
