The late Pete Ketcham was one of West Fraser’s founders and served as Chair of the Board for almost 20 years. He was a respected business leader who dedicated his career to furthering West Fraser’s success. Although a competitive and driven leader, Pete is most remembered for his extraordinary vision and for helping others to achieve their goals. As a legacy of Pete's generous spirit and commitment to helping others reach higher, West Fraser established the Pete Ketcham Memorial Scholarship Fund, which helps students reach their academic goals by distributing annual grants to eligible candidates. Several $1,500 scholarships are awarded each year. Available to students in the United States, Canada, and Europe.

Eligibility Criteria

Open to any post-secondary student with a parent or relative currently employed at West Fraser.
